Her previous substance abuse history has played a significant role in her on-screen persona. “Just a washed-up MTV reality star wondering why people still care about what she’s up to,” she said. She died of cardiac arrest at her home in early 2020.

Eddy Byrnes, also known as Edward Byrne Breitenberger, was best known as the star of Sunset Strip 77. Vince Fontaine, a teen dance host in Grease, was a popular cast member in 1978. Logan, an anchor for KUSI-TV News in San Diego, California, carries on Byrne’s family broadcasting tradition.
